Diagnosis

Eyes large, DE/DO = 3.3; costal cell with three setae close to submarginal vein; thoracic dorsum bright metallic bluish-green; scutellum with engraved reticulation; propodeum with submedian grooves smooth and with median carina with sides diverging towards posterior part; propodeal callus with four setae; gaster with first tergite smooth.< /FONT >
